My name is Kathrin Behme and I am really glad that you found your way to this website. In July 2019 I became self-employed with the topics that are really important to me. My main motivation in
going forward is to leave a better world to future generations than the one I am finding today. In my own life, I experienced that the formats of coaching, moderation and training with all their
related methods and topics can make a difference in people’s life and therefore play a part in creating this better world.
For keeping a high level of professionalism, a wide-ranging and continuing further education are important to me. According to the Gallup StrengthsFinder one of my main strengths is
learning – that strength I follow and live out since many years.
The social skills for my work come to me naturally ('got luck with that ;-) ) – the professional skills I have acquired over the past years through a variety of further trainings and my work

University degree in Communication Science (M.A.), German Studies and Anglophone Studies (B.A.) at the University of Duisburg-Essen
Long-term experience as trainer in the area of adult education and youth work, teaching various topics from the field of social skills
Several years of experience working in personnel development in different companies.
Lots and lots of trainings in the area of communication, moderation, conflict management, nonviolent communication, consultation, time management, diversity management …
Regular external supervision and collegial consultation ensure the quality of my work.
